1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of home automation equipment and the associated installation services offered by Falk & Holm ApS to consumers residing in mainland France, Belgium, and Switzerland. In other countries where Falk & Holm is distributed, sales are governed by the terms of the local authorized retailer.
2. Order
Every order is preceded by a free technical visit and a personalized quote. The quote is valid for thirty days. The order becomes firm upon its signature and payment of the deposit.
3. Price and payment
The prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes, with installation and commissioning included, for a home located in mainland France. They do not include any electrical compliance work that may be necessary, which is quoted separately.

4. Timelines
The usual time between signing and commissioning is four to six weeks. Any delay of more than thirty days entitles you to cancel the order and receive a full refund of the amounts paid.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen days from signing to withdraw without giving a reason. If you have expressly requested that installation begin before this period expires, only the services already performed remain payable.
6. Warranties

These commercial warranties are in addition to, and do not restrict, the legal warranty of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
7. No subscription
No system function is conditional on a recurring payment. The price paid covers full use of the equipment for its lifetime.
8. Complaints and mediation
Any complaint must be sent to contact@falk-holm.com. Failing an amicable agreement, you may use the European online dispute resolution platform.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. The mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain applicable.
