Principle
Falk-Holm is designed so that your home's data never leaves it. The your data page details how this works technically. This document describes the processing we carry out as data controller, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

Recipients
Your contact details are shared with the authorized retailer handling your project, who is bound by a confidentiality agreement. Our technical subprocessors (hosting, email delivery, payment) act on documented instructions and are established in the European Union. No data is sold, rented, or shared for advertising purposes.
Transfers outside the EU
No transfer of personal data outside the European Union is carried out in the course of our processing.
Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability, as well as the right to set directives concerning the fate of your data after your death. Exercise them at contact@falk-holm.com: we respond within thirty days.
You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris), the Danish Datatilsynet, or the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
Security
Home data is encrypted at rest in the Hub. Exchanges between your phone and the Hub are end-to-end encrypted. Our internal systems undergo an annual security audit by an independent third party.
